Job Purpose

We are on the look out for a Application Support. Our ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated and with great problem solving skills. They will need to be able to learn quickly and holds a blend between business Skills and Technical IT knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Testing the platform and logging bugs/feature enhacements 
  • Training & onboarding new customers on the platform
  • Creating user accounts 
  • Attending client facing meetings as our platform expert
  • Creating release notes to be distributed to stakeholders
  • Training new staff members on the platform
  • Possessing specialist knowledge of our application and software
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
  • Assisting with system integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Configuring sensor hardware
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Delivering regular and customised training to indivduals within the business and external


Minimum Qualifications

  • Self-starter, initiative taker
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office & google software
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Listening ability and patience
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management experience
